Lashgasm Requirements and Expectations
Please come to your appointment with clean lashes NO MAKEUP. Keep in mind that you will be lying down for a significant amount of time. Please notify the Lash Tech of any back or neck issues prior to your service.
We do not offer refunds. If you're unsatisfied with your lashes, you have 24 hours to request a touch-up. We believe in the quality of our products but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Open communication is key, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.
No cellphone use during appointment unless it's an emergency. Time management is critical.
Our goal is to ensure that every client is welcomed, appreciated, comfortable and satisfied. We ask that no additional guest or children accompany clients while receiving services.
Cancellation/Late/No Show Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule it MUST be done 24 hours prior to your appointment and can only be moved one time. If you cancel less than 24 hours your payment WILL NOT be applied to another service. You are required to make an additional payment to schedule.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Maintenance Policy:
It’s important to ensure that everyone feels informed and prepared for their appointments. To enhance the booking experience, we recommend displaying a calendar during the scheduling process. This will help avoid any surprises and keep everyone on the same page.
7-10 days MUST have 75% of lashes = 1 week maintenance
11-16 days MUST have 60% of lashes = 2 week maintenance
17-23 days MUST have 50% of lashes = 3 week maintenance
Price also will change if you have significant lash loss. Any work over 24 days old will be a full set.
Unfortunately we are unable provide services to clients if mascara is present on the lash extensions. If mascara is present, a new set of lashes is required.
Clients are allowed a10 minute grace period to arrive for scheduled appointment. After10 minutes, the client is considered a NO SHOW and will be required to schedule a new appointment.
